Charlotte welcomes the opportunity to work with future homeowners and investors. With over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending throughout the U.S., Charlotte has helped thousands of buyers navigate the mortgage process. In addition to Jumbo, Conventional, VA, and FHA loans, she offers foreign national and niche portfolio loans.
Born in San Diego, she spent her early years living on Naval bases from Key West to Japan. Her college years were spent in Virginia, France and Florida, with final degrees of an MBA and a Ph.D. She taught at both high schools and universities. Charlotte became a mortgage consultant after she found her passion for real estate finance and helping buyers purchase homes.
Charlotte is blessed with a great family, her husband Steven, four grown children and a boxer named Benny. Her volunteer activities include Guardian ad Litem programs and Brother Wolf, an animal rescue center. She enjoys hiking and reading.
