Georgia Dream -provides $5,000 down payment assistance, with a minimum contribution of $1,000.

Protectors|Educators|Nurses-this is a program administered through Georgia Dream that provides up to $7500 in down payment assistance for Teachers, Firefighters, Nurses, policemen, EMT’s, etc.

Gwinnett County Homestretch -provides up to $7500 in down payment assistance

Tennessee Housing Development Agency- provides grants of up to $9,044.

South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority- provides up to $4,000 in assistance

Cobb County Housing Authority provides up to $20,000
